As a Union member, you may be eligible for benefits provided through the UFCW Trust Funds. There are different eligibility requirements depending on which benefit program you fall under. Your eligible dependents may also be covered as they meet the Fund requirements for eligibility. The Trust Funds provides Health & Welfare benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, chiropractic, mental health, pension, death benefits & cobra continuation of benefits.
