Michillinda Avenue between Sunset Boulevard and Huntington Drive will be closed until about noon due to the demonstration.

The workers' contract expired in March, leaving them on a day-to-day contract that can be canceled after a 72-hour notice.

Leaders at Vons, Ralphs and Albertsons say they're making some progress, especially with pensions.

Health care and wages are still a concern for union employees.
