RE: AMENDED BYLAWS VOTE / VOTO DE MODIFICACION A LOS ESTATUTOS

This notice is to inform you that amendments to the Bylaws of UFCW Local 770 will be voted upon at the membership meeting scheduled for December 13, 2023 at 7 pm at the below locations. The Executive Board of UFCW Local 770 proposed and recommended the adoption of these amendments to the Bylaws on September 21, 2023. The revisions are necessary to conform the Bylaws with the UFCW International Constitution and the UFCW Model Bylaws. The text of the amendments shall be distributed at the membership meeting prior to voting.

Este aviso es para informarle que las modificaciones a los Estatutos del Local 770 UFCW serán sometidos a votación en la reunión de membresía programada para el 13 de diciembre de 2023 a las 7 pm en los lugares abajo. La Junta Directiva del Local 770 UFCW propuso y recomendó la adopción de estas modificaciones a los Estatutos el 21 de septiembre de 2023. Las revisiones son necesarias para ajustar los Estatutos a la Constitución de la Internacional UFCW y los Estatutos Modelo de UFCW. El texto de las modificaciones será distribuido en la reunión de membresía antes de la votación.
