No progress in negotiations today. Join an action next week to demand fair pay.
Our next steps:
- We will be holding a CVS member call at 7 pm on September 26th to discuss our latest updates. Details to come soon.
- Our next negotiation date is on Monday, 9/27. Our CVS Bargaining Committee members will review the offer that is on the table at the end of that day, and present it to CVS members for a vote to either accept the offer or reject the offer and authorize a strike.

CVS Negotiations Update 9-03-21
CVS workers: Let’s turn up the heat. We are building momentum!
Our actions inside and outside the stores are having an impact at the bargaining table. But we still have work to do to win a fair contract. Together we can turn up the heat and make it happen!
The next negotiation dates are Sept 16, 17, and 27.
CVS Negotiations Update 8-19-21
While CVS made very little movement in negotiations today, CVS workers were demonstrating their solidarity with stickers demanding better staffing and hours. The next step is to ask customers to stand with us in demanding a fair contract from CVS – a contract that provides fair pay and benefits as well as safety, security, and adequate time and staff. If CVS meets these basic demands, workers can provide their customers the shopping experience they expect and deserve.

CVS Negotiations Update 7-27-21
CVS workers’ delegations and activism have forced the company to make some movement but it’s still not enough. The company has not offered fair wages or affordable health care and has not addressed our issues around hours, staffing, safety, and security.
CVS Negotiations Update 7-15-21
CVS’s insulting economic proposal offers increases of only $.05 for most workers. This offensive proposal does nothing to recognize the risks you have taken over the past year, the billions in profits CVS has enjoyed or the increasing cost of living. Join an action next week to tell CVS that you deserve more than just nickels and dimes.
