After helping organize her CVS location in Imperial Beach, Betty Rodriguez was fired by her employer. Betty feels this was unjust and UFCW Local 135 agrees and have filed board charges with the NLRB.

UFCW is holding a protest rally on Wednesday, August 4 from 1-3pm in front of the CVS in Imperial Beach where Betty used to work.

We are calling on all of our allies in labor and in the community to turn out and support Betty and her co-workers that are trying to unionize.

Workers have a right to organize and unionize!

We demand an end to CVS’s anti-union activities!
