¡VICTORIA! ¡Se logró un Acuerdo Tentativo en El Super!
Aumentos para todos. Protecciones de inmigración aseguradas. Bonos por ratificación incluidos. Ahora te toca votar.
Después de 10 meses en la mesa de negociaciones, muchas conversaciones con los compañeros, acciones en nuestras tiendas y el fuerte apoyo de los clientes y la comunidad, hemos logrado un acuerdo tentativo con El Super.
Porque nos mantuvimos unidos, este acuerdo incluye:
✔ Aumentos de sueldo para todos
✔ Protecciones de inmigración
✔ Bonos por ratificación (en vez de pago retroactivo )
✔ Y más
Esto no pasó por casualidad. Pasó porque nos organizamos. Firmamos peticiones. Hablamos con nuestros clientes. Marchamos frente a nuestras tiendas y en las oficinas de Chedraui USA. Hablamos con los medios sobre dignidad, seguridad y respeto. Cada acción movió a la empresa.
Aunque este contrato no incluye todo por lo que luchamos, representa un avance real y demuestra lo que es posible cuando estamos unidos con los compañeros y la comunidad. Imagínate lo que podemos lograr en el próximo contrato si todos trabajamos juntos. Ese trabajo empieza ahora.
Este es un acuerdo tentativo, lo que significa que nada es final hasta que revises los detalles y votes.
La votación será:
En persona en tu tienda el lunes 23 de febrero y el martes 24 de febrero. Representantes estarán en las tiendas cada día para contestar cualquier pregunta. Los resultados se anunciarán después de que todos los locales terminen de votar el miércoles 25 de febrero.

VICTORY: Tentative Agreement Reached at El Super!
Raises for everyone. Immigration protections secured. Ratification bonuses included. Now it’s your turn to vote.
After 10 months at the bargaining table, countless conversations with co-workers, actions in our stores, and powerful support from customers and the community, we have reached a tentative agreement with El Super Markets.
Because we stood together, this agreement delivers:
✔ Wage increases for everyone
✔ Immigration protections
✔ Ratification bonuses (instead of retro pay)
✔ And more
This didn’t happen by accident. It happened because we showed up. We signed petitions. We talked to our customers. We marched in front of our stores and Chedraui USA headquarters. We spoke out to the media about dignity, safety, and respect. Every action moved the company.
While this contract may not include everything we fought for, it represents real movement and proof of what’s possible when we stand in solidarity with our co-workers and our community. Imagine what we can achieve on the next contract when we all work together. That work starts now.
This is a tentative agreement, which means nothing is final until you review the details and cast your vote.
Voting will take place:
In person at your store on Monday, 2/23 and Tuesday, 2/24. Representatives will be in the stores each day to answer any questions. The results will be announced after all locals finish voting on Wednesday, 2/25.
