The United Latinos of the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) is an organization of union members and allies who have joined together to promote issues and pursue interests important to Latinx workers.
We are committed to building a strong and powerful Union by creating an engaged and dynamic membership and promoting Unionism in our communities to advance social and economic justice.

UFCW OUTreach
UFCW OUTreach is a constituency group dedicated to building mutual support between our union’s International, regions, and locals and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) community and their allies in order to come together to organize for social and economic justice for all, regardless of age, race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Together, we will ensure full equality for LGBTQ+ workers on their jobs and in their unions.

UFCW OUTreach es un grupo de constituyentes dedicado a crear apoyo mutuo entre las secciones de nuestra Unión incluidas la Internacional, las regiones y locales, con la comunidad Lesbiana, Gay, Bisexual, Transgénero y Queer (LGBTQ+) y sus aliados para unirse, organizarse y luchar para lograr una justicia social y económica para todos sin importar edad, raza, género, creencias, color, orientación sexual o identidad de género. Juntos, podemos lograr total igualdad para los trabajadores LGBTQ+ en sus trabajos y uniones.
UFCW Women’s Network
The primary purpose of the UFCW Women’s Network is to unify UFCW women through an International network. Women, who comprise more than 50 percent of the UFCW’s members, represent a powerful resource for the union. The Network believes that active participation of women members in the UFCW will enhance our union’s strength at the bargaining table, in organizing campaigns, and in the political arena.
