Food 4 Less Union-Busting Tactics Won’t Intimidate us!
Kroger is at it again, trying to intimidate workers with these scab Food 4 Less job postings instead of negotiating a fair contract that provides equity with their other grocery stores, fair pay, and safe staffing! This is straight out of the same old tired corporate playbook and we will not be intimidated by these union-busting tactics.
This shows they are scared of the power the workers have, and we need to stand strong with our fellow co-workers and our community, now more than ever. Because at 770 we don’t back down, we get ahead.
The clock is ticking on Food 4 Less/Foods Co. with our contract expiring on June 8. Our next bargaining session takes place from June 6-June 8. If we do not see meaningful progress by contract expiration we will be forced to take action, including a member vote the week of June 10th.

¡Kroger lo hace otra vez, tratando de intimidar a trabajadores con estas ofertas de empleo para rompehuelgas en Food 4 Less en lugar de negociar un contrato justo que de equidad al igual que sus otras tiendas de supermercado, pago justo y suficiente personal para seguridad en tiendas! Esto viene directamente del viejo y gastado manual de tácticas y no nos intimidarán con sus tácticas anti-unión.
Esto demuestra que tienen miedo al poder de los trabajadores por eso necesitamos mantenernos firmes junto a nuestros compañeros de trabajo y nuestra comunidad ahora más que nunca porque en el Local 770 no nos echamos para atrás, nosotros avanzamos.
El tiempo se agota para Food 4 Less/Food Co. ya que nuestro contrato vence el 8 de junio. Nuestras próximas negociaciones se llevarán a cabo del 6 al 8 de junio. Si no vemos un avance significativo antes de que venza el contrato, nos veremos obligados a tomar acción, incluyendo un voto de los miembros en la semana del 10 de junio.
